To survive in this turbulent setting, the requirement on the information professional to transform the conventional perception of their role and deliver a service that not only meets the divergent needs of users, adopts latest technology and communicates value to management is not only essential, but mandatory.
This session offers tips on how the information professional can display imagination, pragmatism, innovation, flexibility and marketing skills to re-brand their service product in their organizations and show the true value of what they offer.
